Californian Sage Stick

Connect with the origins and traditions with respect to the Native American nations, and more traditional ways of working with sage. It is important that you allow the energy of the medicine to help you ground your energy and center yourself as this is the proper way to respect the plant. In a healing capacity, the aim is to feel calm and safe while you are in the presence of a sage.

• Important: We also want to make a note that due to the increase in its popularity, scarcity has become a concern amongst Indigenous cultures and cultivators, so we recommend practicing a mindful approach to how much is used, and that it remains sacred.

PRECAUTIONS: Please be aware to never leave your lit sage stick unattended, and be aware of how quickly it burns. We suggest starting with a small amount held by a large ceramic holder and allowing a gently controlled level of smoke.
